Each item is handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Estimated delivery times:

India: 3–7 business days.

International Orders: 7–21 business days.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation details via SMS & email containing a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your package's journey.

International Shipping:

Shipped via reputed courier partners. Delivery is expected within 7-21 days. Any delay will be notified.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays that are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:

While we carefully package every order, once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by them. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
