As our products are handcrafted and many items are made to order or customized, we do not accept returns. This help us maintain the quality, hygiene, and uniqueness of every piece we create

Refunds:

We kindly request customers to place orders carefully, as all orders require full payment in advance. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Exchange Policy:

We only offer exchanges if the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• You must provide a continuous unboxing video starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the product and its condition.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging may also be requested for verification.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for an exchange.

Customized Products:

Customized or personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Shipping for Exchanges:

If an exchange request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process. We will inform you whether we will arrange the shipment or if you need to send the item back, depending on your location and the circumstances.
